Froilan Sulit
I build web applications in PHP and Laravel that keep working after launch.
End-to-end — schema, API, interface, deploy — for barangay offices, small businesses and my own products. Six years in.
Now building DevVault — live and used every day

Under the hood
- Laravel 11 + Livewire 3 on MySQL — no JS build step
- 76 test files run before anything ships
- Auto-deploys on push to its own server
- REST API so apps log errors without a human
- Documented — architecture, spec, deploy and recovery guides

DevVault
Never solve the same error twice.
- Every error is saved with the fix that actually worked — searchable the next time it bites.
- Apps report errors automatically through the API, so nothing depends on remembering to write it down.
- Snippets, commands, playbooks and project credentials, all in the same search box.

About
Six years building web software people rely on — mostly Laravel, always end-to-end.
I've been building for the web since 2019 — first at a construction firm's in-house team, then four years freelancing for small businesses and students, and now on the software team at Doña Alejandra Incorporated. Most of that work is Laravel and Livewire on MySQL, with CodeIgniter, CakePHP and Node.js when a project called for it.
The projects I'm proudest of are the ones people depend on: a barangay management system that replaced paper records, and DevVault, which I built because I kept losing my own fixes. I care about readable code and boring reliability — things the next person can change without fear, and that don't page anyone at 3 a.m.
- Ship small, then listen. A working slice in front of real users beats a big reveal — feedback arrives while it's still cheap to act on.
- Boring on purpose. Plain schemas, obvious names, no clever code — so the next person, or me in six months, can change it without fear.
- Still there after launch. The job isn't done at deploy. DevVault exists because I kept the fixes from things I was still looking after.
